Will you damage my door to get me in?
In most lockouts, no. We use non-destructive entry so your door and lock stay intact. If a lock is broken internally and has to be drilled, we tell you before we do anything.
Do I need to prove I live there?
Yes. For your security we ask for ID or proof of address once we've opened the door, such as photo ID, a bill or a lease showing the address.
I'm renting — can you still help?
Yes. We help tenants every week. If the lock needs replacing, check your lease and let your landlord or agent know.
